We want every registrant to feel good about joining the workshop. Please read this policy carefully before you register.
1. No refund policy
The workshop is a digital, live event. Upon payment, your seat is reserved and joining details are prepared for you. For this reason, all fees are final and generally non-refundable.
2. Why no refunds
- Your seat is confirmed immediately, limiting availability for others.
- Pre-workshop resources and access are prepared on registration.
- Live sessions and downloadable materials cannot be returned.
3. Cancellation by you
If you cannot attend live, you may write to us before the session and we will try to accommodate a future workshop where possible. Access to any post-session resources will still be shared where applicable.
4. Cancellation by us
In the rare event that the workshop is cancelled from our side and cannot be rescheduled, a full refund of the fee paid will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered where you were charged in error due to a technical issue, or where the service was not delivered due to a fault on our side.
